Dispatch your own trucks on one board
A trucking company with in-house dispatch has an owner, managers and dispatchers, and no dispatch fees. Book loads with the broker, stops, rate and miles, assign the driver and truck, and follow each load from booked to delivered and invoiced.
The dashboard shows your loads, gross, the drivers on a load, driver pay not paid yet, and safety alerts.

Driver pay statements, with every deduction
Pay drivers by percent or per mile. Add a weekly deduction such as insurance, ELD or trailer rent once, and tick the drivers it comes off. Each week’s pay statement lists the loads and every deduction; mark the week paid once the driver has their money, and drivers see their pay in the app.
Invoice the broker, get paid by the broker or factoring
Make a load invoice in one click, numbered by the load, with a lumper or TONU if there is one. Mark it sent and then paid, by the broker or your factoring company. Accounting follows every load from booked to invoiced, paid and driver paid.
Books: income, expenses and profit per truck
Record income and expenses with receipts, and monthly expenses once for every month they come. Books shows income, expenses and profit by month or year, with profit per truck and per driver.
Safety and compliance without the spreadsheet
Safety, compliance and ELD staff see every expiry alert, driver safety score and compliance task. Add inspection reports, violations, tickets, claims and accidents to a driver, each with its PDFs and photos, and sticky notes and to-do tasks that show in the compliance task list.

What is trucking software?

Is it for small fleets?
Yes. Truck Vera is one price for the whole company, with no per-truck or per-user fees, so a small fleet gets every feature a larger one does.
Can drivers send the BOL and POD from their phone?
Yes. In the Truck Vera app they open the load, photograph each page or pick a PDF, and upload. The BOL marks the load picked up, the POD marks it delivered, and dispatch is told.
We use an outside dispatcher. Can we still use it?
Yes. If your dispatch company books your loads on Truck Vera, you can have a read-only login to your own loads, drivers, documents and invoices, and your accountant, compliance or ELD person can have full access to your company.
How much does it cost?
