Truck Vera

Trucking invoicing software

Trucking invoicing software for loads, dispatch fees and driver pay

Bill brokers for every load, charge your dispatch fee to the trucking companies you work for, and pay drivers on time. Truck Vera makes the invoices and statements from the loads you’ve already booked, so billing takes minutes, not an afternoon.

  • Invoices in one click
  • Dispatch fee statements
  • Broker or factoring paid
Making a load invoice to a broker in Truck Vera: the invoice number from the load, the bill-to and the total

A load invoice to the broker in one click

Choose New invoice, then Load invoice. Pick the broker by name or MC, then the load: its load number becomes the invoice number. Add a lumper or a TONU if there is one, then download the PDF.

Follow every invoice until it’s paid

Mark an invoice sent, then paid, saying whether the broker or factoring paid it. Its loads move to Invoiced and then Paid on the board, and Accounting shows what every load earns and who has been paid.

Dispatch fee invoices and monthly statements

For dispatch companies: charge your fee for one driver, chosen drivers or the whole trucking company, for any dates. Or open Statements, pick a month and create the invoice for a trucking company from its statement.

The fee follows each carrier’s terms: a percent of gross, a flat fee per load, or a fee per truck per week.

Invoices that carry your company’s name

Your company profile heads every invoice: logo, address, EIN and accounting email. Choose from six invoice looks (Standard, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Compact and Elegant) and make one your look for new invoices.

Driver pay statements every week

Pay drivers by percent or per mile, with every deduction listed: add a weekly deduction such as insurance, ELD or trailer rent once and tick the drivers it comes off. Mark the week paid once the driver has their money.

Finance and Books

Record income and expenses with receipts; only admins and accountants see Finance. Books shows income, expenses and profit by month or year, with profit per truck and per driver, and the dashboard shows the dispatch fee this week and this month.

Questions

What is trucking invoicing software?

It turns delivered loads into invoices: for a trucking company, invoices to the broker; for a dispatch company, invoices for its dispatch fee to the carriers it works for. Truck Vera makes both from the loads already in it and follows them until they’re paid.

Does it work with factoring?

Yes. Keep the carrier’s NOA on file, and record whether the broker or the factoring company paid each invoice.

How is the dispatch fee worked out?

From each trucking company’s terms: a percent of the gross, a flat fee per load, or a fee per truck per week.

Can our accountant use it?

Yes. Give your accountant their own login: they see invoices, statements, Finance and payroll, and nothing they don’t need.

How much does it cost?

One price for your whole company, with no per-user or per-truck fees: $229 a month, or $329 a month with Bean AI reading your rate confirmations. Paid yearly, it's $199 or $299 a month.
